Warehouse/Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inventory intake, including unloading, sorting, and system entry
• Perform picking, packing, and shipping for DTC and store replenishment orders
• Process returns and store transfers, including quality inspections and garment steaming
• Utilize warehouse technology such as handheld scanners and Chuck/6RS robots
• Maintain safety protocols and facility cleanliness

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience
• Proficiency with handheld scanners and timekeeping systems
• Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy
