Warehouse Worker/Driver

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders
• Count, verify, receive, and organize products from suppliers and customer returns
• Load and unload trucks and operate forklifts or other mechanical handling equipment
• Compare packing slips to received products and note discrepancies or damages
• Process receiving documents in the computer system
• Assemble and pack products for customer pickup or shipment
• Complete documentation for third-party carrier shipments and dangerous goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety by removing debris and waste
• Assist team members with counter customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• At least one year of warehouse experience
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn product knowledge and operate forklifts safely
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Basic mathematics skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with plumbing or construction products
• Experience using Trend, Eclipse, Word, Excel, or Outlook
