Warehouse Worker Lead

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily workflow of a warehouse team
• Check built loads for accuracy to ensure order integrity
• Load and unload trucks, including route trucks and semi-trailers
• Operate equipment such as propane or battery-operated forklifts and pallet jacks
• Move product in and out of the warehouse as required
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean warehouse environment

Requirements

• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the entire shift from floor to overhead
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (hot or cool)
• Ability to operate a Yard Jockey and move all vehicles, including 53’ trailers, safely
• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, and kneel for the duration of the shift
• High school diploma or GED preferred
