Warehouse Worker Lead

Responsibilities

• Accurately build outgoing loads for placement on route delivery trucks
• Direct daily workflow of a team and ensure accuracy of built loads
• Load and unload trucks using propane or battery-operated forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and perform everyday cleaning tasks
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrections for operational issues
• Follow work instructions and calibrate instrumentation as required

Requirements

• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center operations
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 2+ years of experience using SAP or a similar enterprise system
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation schedule
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
