Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming goods by unloading deliveries and checking for completeness, quality, and potential damage
• Handle inventory management, including professional storage, stock controls, and regular inventories
• Execute order picking and prepare goods for secure national and international shipping
• Operate industrial vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks to support material flow
• Document all warehouse movements within the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and pharmaceutical regulatory standards
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize processes and implement new systems

Requirements

• Completed training as a warehouse specialist, logistics assistant, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• A reliable, careful, and highly organized working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a service-oriented manner
• Technical understanding of digital warehouse management systems and tools
• Flexibility to handle changing requirements and maintain focus during intensive work periods
