Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations including material handling with and without racking
• Supply production lines with necessary materials
• Load and unload trucks
• Take responsibility for assigned property and assets
• Pack finished products and manage waste disposal
• Handle chemical substances (ADR)
• Utilize SAP for warehouse tasks

Requirements

• Secondary education (SOU/SŠ)
• High level of independence, meticulousness, and responsibility
• Willingness to work in a continuous operation with 12-hour shifts (short/long week rotation)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Forklift license is an advantage (training can be provided upon agreement)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse is a plus

• Above-standard salary with regular increases
• Shift allowance up to 2,000 CZK/month
• Transport contribution of 100 CZK/day
• 5 weeks of vacation
• Subsidized on-site meals and meal vouchers for night/weekend shifts
• Overtime pay at 40% or 60% depending on hours worked
• Sign-on bonus for shift workers (minimum 20,000 CZK gross)
• Semi-annual bonuses in July and December
• Monthly bonus (average 10% of base salary) after probation period
• Cafeteria program and pension insurance after one year
