Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare orders for medical devices (DM) and retail items
• Verify qualitative and quantitative compliance of supplier deliveries
• Perform physical and digital reception of goods
• Manage sales returns, including product verification and stock updates
• Handle supplier disputes
• Organize stock using FIFO methods and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Conduct inventories in collaboration with management
• Prepare "SALE" and "RENTAL" orders for clients
• Prepare equipment for medical device installers

Requirements

• Proficiency in receiving and preparing orders using IT tools
• Ability to analyze discrepancies in deliveries
• Knowledge of the operation and use of prepared medical equipment
• Strong organizational and stock management skills
• Ability to generate and track supplier orders
• Rigorous, autonomous, and comfortable with digital tools
