Warehouse Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding, training, and development process of new hires by mastering multiple roles within the distribution center
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are rolled out effectively and training is completed according to plan
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and training records to track compliance
• Facilitate new hire roundtables, train-the-trainer sessions, and informational meetings to educate team members on new processes
• Coordinate training needs assessments through the design and distribution of surveys, interviews, and questionnaires
• Use Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel) to manage training data and presentations
• Contribute to a positive work culture by promoting a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5 to 7+ years of specific experience
• Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Demonstrated experience in training, onboarding, or staff development
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
