Warehouse Trainer

Responsibilities

• Provide training for new hires and tenured employees in both individual and group settings
• Deliver PIT certifications and evaluations to ensure safety and compliance
• Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding processes, and safety training
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness, productivity, and accuracy
• Ensure all training and cross-training activities are completed according to SOPs
• Operate department-specific technology including RF scanners, desktop computers, and touchscreens
• Work closely with operational leaders to identify and address performance gaps

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Working knowledge of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, and crouching for extended periods
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
