By tackling inefficiencies in the food system, the team helps save an average of 500,000 pounds of food per week from waste.

Responsibilities

• Conduct departmental on-the-floor training and cross-training for all hourly associates using approved materials
• Evaluate trainee performance and make recommendations based on training standards
• Ensure all required training documentation is completed properly and timely
• Act as a friendly point-of-contact to support new hires
• Collaborate on identifying necessary training material updates or opportunities
• Maintain high availability to carry out daily training needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience training peers or groups
• Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of 5+ people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
