Warehouse Technology Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and completeness
• Verify product quantities and serial numbers in the inventory management system
• Power up, provision, assemble, and configure telematics and electronic devices
• Perform firmware updates via OTA, USB, serial connection, or command-line tools
• Conduct quality inspections on inbound devices and wiring harnesses
• Assemble kits and subassemblies according to work orders and pick lists
• Pack orders and generate shipping labels, including lithium battery labels
• Prepare small package and LTL shipments for carrier pickup

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or technology fulfillment
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for 8–10 hours per shift
• Proficiency with PCs and standard software applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with telematics or consumer electronics devices
• Experience using tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, and volt meters
• Familiarity with command-line tools
• Experience with UPS WorldShip, LTL freight, and Customs processes
