About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Verify product quantities and serial numbers in the inventory management system
- Power up, provision, assemble, and configure telematics and electronic devices
- Perform firmware updates via OTA, USB, serial connection, or command-line tools
- Conduct quality inspections on inbound devices and wiring harnesses
- Assemble kits and subassemblies according to work orders and pick lists
- Pack orders and generate shipping labels, including lithium battery labels
- Prepare small package and LTL shipments for carrier pickup
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or technology fulfillment
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for 8–10 hours per shift
- Proficiency with PCs and standard software applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with telematics or consumer electronics devices
- Experience using tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, and volt meters
- Familiarity with command-line tools
- Experience with UPS WorldShip, LTL freight, and Customs processes
