Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the production warehouse, ensuring inventory is properly received, stored, and delivered
• Work with the Production Warehouse Supervisor to fulfill client jobs accurately and timely
• Abide by all warehouse policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Assist with the maintenance, repair, or replacement of equipment
• Ensure inventory levels are accurate and items are properly labelled and tracked in the management system
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management
• Experience with production equipment, furniture, or large-scale inventory preferred
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages

• IOSH
• Operator Licence Awareness
• Ladder Safety Awareness
• Manual Handling Awareness
• Working at Height Awareness
• Environmental Awareness at Work
• Fire Warden / Marshall Training
• Understanding of CDM2015 health and safety legal obligations
