Warehouse Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform facility operations including loading/unloading trucks, stacking bags, and palletizing products
• Operate forklifts and hand carts to move materials efficiently
• Document completed work and record inventory data using scanners and computers
• Inspect products to ensure quality assurance standards are met
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with peers and management to support continuous improvement and teamwork

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise)
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Availability to work overtime, including nights, weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic experience troubleshooting mechanical components and systems
• Prior experience in production-related work environments
