Warehouse Team Member II

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely picking and placement of products by U/M, lot number, and bin location
• Verify all outbound LTL order shipments for 100% accuracy and ensure they are free from damage
• Process small packages and samples for shipment, including affixing shipping labels and posting weights
• Stage sales orders in designated areas and pack according to standard operating procedures
• Unload trailers and sea containers and stock materials as required
• Perform daily inspections of material handling equipment and manage battery charging
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area while following all safety procedures and policies

Requirements

• Experience with accurate picking and placement of products
• Ability to verify outbound LTL shipments and identify discrepancies or damages
• Experience processing small packages and samples
• Proficiency in operating material handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers)
• Ability to maintain a clean work area and follow strict safety protocols
• Availability to work the 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11pm to 7am) including mandatory overtime
