Warehouse Team Leader/Assistant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the area supervisor by coordinating material flow and managing personnel to meet operational indicators.
• Coordinate component processing according to the daily operation schedule to ensure material availability.
• Monitor system reports and follow up on orders, making necessary adjustments to resolve discrepancies.
• Verify that material movement transactions in SAP are performed correctly to ensure system reliability regarding quantity and location.
• Plan necessary resources and coordinate the activities of assigned personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment based on 5S discipline.
• Comply with all safety, hygiene, environmental, and management system policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or incomplete engineering degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar warehouse or logistics roles.
• Proven experience in inventory control and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• English language proficiency.
• Experience managing unionized personnel.
• Experience with the safe operation of industrial vehicles.
• Experience handling chemical products.
