Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Organize daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, preparation, and shipping based on production plans and operational priorities.
• Lead and coordinate a team of 8 to 10 forklift operators and warehouse workers, focusing on skill development and versatility.
• Ensure the accuracy of physical and digital stock movements, including inventory management, traceability, and data quality.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, supply chain, and transport teams to ensure smooth operational interfaces.
• Contribute to storage optimization projects, such as zone organization, ABC methods, and inventory reliability.
• Guarantee the application of QHSE rules, ensuring personnel safety, food safety, and equipment compliance.

Requirements

• Solid experience in operational logistics, ideally within an industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing field teams or acting as a logistics lead with the ability to organize and control workflows.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and Excel for stock tracking and reporting.
• Bac +2/3 degree in logistics, supply chain, or an equivalent field.
• Valid CACES 1 and 3 certifications.
• Strong communication skills with a direct, factual, and respectful management style.
