About the role
Responsibilities
- Support department management in daily operations and personnel planning
- Ensure smooth warehouse processes from goods receipt to dispatch
- Coordinate timely and accurate order preparation for truck drivers
- Maintain high quality and occupational safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
- Optimize and develop warehouse processes based on customer needs
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in trade, logistics, or a related field
- Previous experience in a comparable warehouse or logistics position preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system
