Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage team activities and oversee daily warehouse operations
• Train new staff members and provide guidance on processes
• Ensure timely material movement and distribution based on factory requirements
• Operate various types of forklifts, including reach trucks
• Handle loading, unloading, and receiving of materials
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (COMBI/SAP) via scanners or computers for all transactions
• Propose process improvements and coordinate with training departments to review documentation
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and 5S standards
• Manage warehouse equipment and report any non-compliance or inventory issues to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
• Valid forklift license and hands-on operating experience
• Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems
• Proven experience in training or coaching other employees
• Ability to work at heights and a comfort with physical labor
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
