Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, working directly alongside Material Coordinators
• Guide, support, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and a collaborative culture
• Execute core warehouse activities including goods receipt, material handling, storage, picking, packing, and internal deliveries
• Monitor daily workflows, assign priorities, and adjust resources to meet operational needs
• Ensure all activities are completed safely and in accordance with quality standards, SOPs, and site procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver reliable operational support
• Maintain documentation accuracy, inventory integrity, and resolve operational issues

Requirements

• Proven experience in a hands-on leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work onsite in Eindhoven on a shift basis (Sunday through Friday)
• Experience working in a regulated or high-quality environment is preferred
