Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise warehouse staff activities and functions
• Ensure timely completion of all warehouse activities
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Monitor and motivate team performance against productivity targets
• Assist in training, development, and on-the-job coaching for staff
• Review work methods and practices for continuous improvement
• Provide regular formal and informal performance feedback
• Manage planned and unplanned staff absences
• Participate in the management team to solve problems and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to motivate teams
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse settings
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns
• Strong time management skills
