Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of warehouse colleagues
• Drive shift performance to ensure productivity and KPI targets are achieved
• Promote high standards of health, safety, hygiene and compliance
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to meet customer and audit standards
• Deliver team briefings and clear communication
• Support goods in and warehouse operations for efficient stock handling
• Coach, support and develop team members
• Support people processes including investigations and disciplinary matters

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver KPIs
• Confidence using IT systems and standard computer applications
• Professional and approachable attitude
