About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse and recycling processes with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency during the 3rd shift
- Manage daily crewing, including vacation scheduling and callouts
- Conduct shift turnovers and coordinate/monitor changeovers
- Verify inventory levels for accuracy and ensure timely completion of paperwork
- Maintain a strong floor presence to monitor forklift operator efficiencies and proactively address issues
- Provide feedback on hourly reviews and weekly input for colleagues in training
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and conflict resolution for the team
- Ensure compliance with all EH&S work instructions, environmental policies, and quality procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated leadership capability and experience with conflict resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and use SAP and Agile systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours for the 3rd shift schedule
