Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and recycling processes with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency during the 3rd shift
• Manage daily crewing, including vacation scheduling and callouts
• Conduct shift turnovers and coordinate/monitor changeovers
• Verify inventory levels for accuracy and ensure timely completion of paperwork
• Maintain a strong floor presence to monitor forklift operator efficiencies and proactively address issues
• Provide feedback on hourly reviews and weekly input for colleagues in training
• Identify training needs and provide coaching and conflict resolution for the team
• Ensure compliance with all EH&S work instructions, environmental policies, and quality procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated leadership capability and experience with conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and use SAP and Agile systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with working hours for the 3rd shift schedule
