Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations safely and efficiently in Paget, Mackay
• Coordinate picking, dispatch, receiving, and stock movement
• Support freight planning and order allocation
• Maintain accurate stock, invoicing, and dispatch processes
• Assist with stocktakes and stock reconciliation
• Support, motivate, and coach warehouse team members
• Maintain a strong “Safety First, Work Second” culture
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse, picking, dispatch, and receiving experience
• Experience leading, supervising, or supporting a warehouse team
• Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• WHS awareness and a commitment to safe work practices
• Dangerous goods awareness or LO licence (desirable)
