Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate order processing
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards
• Oversee the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment while adhering to safety protocols
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and address mechanical issues promptly
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the warehouse meets its goals and objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and receiving procedures
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
