Warehouse Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Professional leadership of the warehouse team
• Organization, management, and optimization of all warehouse processes including goods receipt, picking, and shipping
• Ensuring a smooth flow of materials
• Monitoring inventory levels and conducting stocktakes
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health regulations
• Training and further development of employees
• Collaboration with other departments

Requirements

• Completed training in logistics, warehouse management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a leadership role
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
• High sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and team spirit
• Willingness to work shifts
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
