Warehouse Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities within assigned departments such as Receiving, Picking, Packing, or Loading
• Utilize JDA WMS and Exacta to monitor workflow, track inventory, and resolve system issues
• Assign work, monitor team productivity, and provide guidance and training to staff
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best practices
• Prepare and maintain reports regarding departmental performance and productivity
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and address employee concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment
• Proficiency with JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exacta, or similar platforms
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role within a warehouse setting
