Responsibilities

• Leading a warehouse team of up to 10 employees
• Picking and shipping orders
• Ensuring proper warehouse management
• Compliance with warehouse regulations and occupational safety
• Assisting with inventory counts

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a Warehouse Manager (Lagermeister) or similar
• Experience in personnel leadership is desirable
• Customer-oriented and independent way of working
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (early/late)
• Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
• Physical fitness
• Forklift license is desirable
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery spare parts is desirable
