Warehouse Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the picking team to hit accuracy and efficiency targets
• Refine picking routes and methods to improve operational flow
• Train and develop team members on procedures and best practices
• Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies
• Build and maintain quality control standards for outgoing orders
• Supervise vehicle loading to ensure packages are secured and organized
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to ensure on-time departures
• Assign tasks based on priority and team capacity using warehouse management systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment leadership experience
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Proficiency with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work Sunday–Wednesday (10:00am–8:30pm) and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management
• Proven track record of process improvement
