Responsibilities

• Lead a warehouse team in receiving, counting, auditing, quality control, picking, stocking, and shipping
• Perform order picking and auditing functions in a timely and accurate manner
• Receive goods and perform counting, auditing, and accompanying paperwork
• Replenish pick lines and handle outbound pallets by wrapping and flagging
• Operate motorized equipment safely and complete daily inspection sheets
• Maintain a clean work area and follow sanitation schedules
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customer service
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Minimum of two years warehouse experience including shipping, receiving, and forklift operation
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Experience with cycle counting, RF guns, auditing, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ability to lead people and achieve team goals
• Strong math, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision
