Warehouse Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and actively support day-to-day warehouse operations
• Provide hands-on support including forklift operation and floor presence
• Oversee inventory accuracy and transactions with high attention to detail
• Utilize and support SAP and Warehouse Management Systems
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
• Support workforce planning, shift coordination, and team performance
• Drive continuous improvement and process consistency across sites
• Act as the on-site escalation point for leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role
• Experience with SAP and/or warehouse management systems
• Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lead, coach, and influence teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability for early starts (approx. 5:30am–6:00am)
