Warehouse Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a warehouse team of 10-12 people, including training, scheduling, and KPI performance management
• Oversee warehouse operations including quality, load consolidation, inventory, and mix room operations
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, on time, and properly documented
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and SAP system activities
• Enforce safety and health regulations in compliance with company and legal standards
• Optimize warehouse layout and organization to ensure efficient workflow
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies or delays
• Generate reports regarding productivity, inventory accuracy, and employee performance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS, or ERP systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field
