Warehouse Team Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as a temporary Shift Leader to manage all warehouse area activities.
• Lead and coordinate team tasks to ensure smooth material supply for factory production.
• Support and mentor team members to foster a positive group culture and engagement.
• Ensure the team meets SQDCP KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People).
• Operate various forklifts (including C15) and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (COMBI) via scanners or computers for material movement.
• Conduct safety and 5S inspections and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Train team members on standard operating procedures and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift license and proven operating experience.
• Ability to work at heights and no color blindness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in training or coaching team members.
• Experience using SAP software.
