Warehouse Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes according to written SOP’s
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant findings to management
• Perform physical location checks to reconcile inventory variances within a 24-hour SLA
• Determine root cause of inventory adjustments and lead correction efforts
• Perform audits or other actions requested by merchants onsite
• Resolve merchant facing requests via ticketing system regarding inventory issues
• Communicate operational updates and relay important information to the Area Manager
• Present weekly performance reports during business reviews with partner leadership
• Comply with all food safety and compliance policies and regulations
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and legally

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision onsite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without health limitations
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using an RF Scanner
• Experience communicating directly with customers or vendors
