Warehouse Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes according to written SOP’s
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant findings to management
• Perform physical location checks to reconcile inventory variances within a 24-hour SLA
• Determine root cause of inventory adjustments and lead correction efforts
• Perform audits or other actions requested by merchants onsite
• Resolve merchant-facing inventory requests via ticketing system within a 2-hour SLA
• Communicate operational updates and merchant information to the OSS Area Manager
• Present weekly performance reports during business reviews with fulfillment center leaders
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed according to safety and quality standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using an RF Scanner
• Experience communicating directly with customers or vendors
