Warehouse Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient warehouse management and optimize storage locations
• Perform stock controls, inventories, and warehouse analyses
• Monitor expiration dates, batches, and stock levels according to quality standards
• Maintain article and master data in SAP and other warehouse management systems
• Process goods movements, correction postings, and return processes
• Act as a contact person for internal interfaces such as purchasing, disposition, and quality assurance

Requirements

• Completed training as a Logistiker EFZ or several years of experience in warehouse logistics
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes and handling stock and quality controls
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Strong quality awareness and a high sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
