Warehouse Support Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, handling, and inventory control of raw materials
• Load and unload materials at dock areas
• Document shipments and store materials in designated locations
• Prepare and ship materials in alignment with customer orders
• Maintain SISPQ of cGMP consumables, finished products, and equipment
• Partner with Quality and Purchasing to resolve supply chain issues
• Verify incoming/outgoing packaging against SOPs
• Perform cycle counts and ensure FIFO adherence
• Execute work orders including picklists, staging, and shipping
• Assist with pricing, quantity, and lead time accuracy
• Track order acknowledgments and delivery updates
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 1 year of experience with cGMP
• 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience in a cGMP environment
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
• Proficiency in Excel for data entry and basic analysis
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Supply Chain or a related field
• Previous experience with materials management or ERP software
• Prior pharmaceutical or food manufacturing experience
