Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits and cycle counts
• Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment to support retail store operations
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and inventory records

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision and inventory management
• Experience handling e-commerce operations and order fulfillment
• Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
