Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve daily warehouse management and strictly implement operational processes
• Manage receiving, issuing, depositing, and shipping procedures to ensure physical and SAP accuracy
• Continuously optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and overall working processes
• Oversee returnable package management and third-party warehouse operations
• Manage MRO purchasing and maintain 5S standards for a safe and clean environment
• Organize regular stock taking (daily, quarterly, and yearly) and resolve any discrepancies

Requirements

• College degree or above
• 5+ years of professional experience within the automotive industry
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse inventory processes, including VMI, Milkrun, Kanban, and Consignment
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
• Experience working with automation technologies, such as AGVs
