Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel in tasks including reception, organization, picking, inventory, and cleaning.
• Coordinate the entry and exit of spare parts, validating documents against purchase orders or internal requisitions.
• Verify correct inventory rotation (FIFO) and storage conditions.
• Control documentation related to warehouse movements, such as entries, exits, and transfers.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the inventory system or ERP.
• Implement physical and administrative controls to prevent losses, theft, or shrinkage.
• Manage cyclic and annual inventories, including adjustments and reconciliations.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or a technical career in these fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Basic English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive, transport, or manufacturing sectors.
