Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce material handling and storage standards
• Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with internal regulations
• Coordinate warehouse activities with internal departments and external partners
• Control inventory accuracy and manage the organization of stocktakes
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and value stream mapping
• Lead and develop the assigned warehouse team
• Manage projects focused on warehouse operations and material flows

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or warehousing position
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a result-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in KPI monitoring and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
