Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional warehouse team by distributing tasks and supporting professional development.
• Control the KPIs of third-party logistics providers in accordance with company guidelines and signed contracts.
• Ensure compliance with storage procedures to maintain inventory integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for the storage process.
• Optimize supply chain expenses through continuous improvement projects.
• Qualify supplier contracts and provide support to the purchasing department.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Customer Service, Transport, Quality, and EHS sectors to ensure efficient product flow.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in storage logistics.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong personnel leadership skills.
• Proven expertise in negotiation and problem-solving.
• Deep knowledge of quality management methodologies and process management.
• Intermediate level of English.
