Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop workgroups to ensure high standards for safety, production, and attendance
• Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency
• Facilitate training for new and current employees and implement personal development plans
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures in compliance with corporate and local requirements
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment through proactive communication and cooperation
• Maintain strong working relationships with employees, management, and customers

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. (32 kgs)
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
• Previous management experience
