Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift warehouse operations and associated administrative tasks
• Drive shipping efficiency by analyzing workflow, training requirements, and associate engagement
• Ensure productivity levels and quality performance objectives meet customer requirements
• Maintain product and process quality through adherence to design specifications and World Class Manufacturing principles
• Implement cost savings through LEAN initiatives and productivity improvement projects
• Provide coaching, guidance, and corrective action administration to hourly personnel
• Enforce company policies regarding Safety, Quality, Human Resources, and the Environment
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, union contracts, and employment laws

Requirements

• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs to shoulder level or above
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Knowledge of LEAN initiatives
• Experience working with union contracts and employment laws
• Physical ability to reach, bend, and step on/off machinery at heights of 24 inches
