Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage, control, and optimize inventory for the retail store network to ensure product availability.
• Ensure efficient material flow and adherence to operational standards.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate logistics to meet business needs.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including cyclic counts and FIFO/PEPS methods.
• Interact constantly with Supply Chain, retail stores, logistics, and purchasing departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree (Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Administration preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control roles.
• Proven experience in distribution to multiple points of sale.
• Proficiency in Excel and various inventory control tools.
• Knowledge of storage processes, safety protocols, and material handling.
• Ability to work onsite in Mexicali and supervise multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution companies.
• Previous experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of the construction sector.
