Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage, control, and optimize inventory for the retail store network
• Ensure product availability and efficient material flow across multiple points of sale
• Oversee warehouse operations including entries, exits, and stock control
• Implement inventory control methods such as cyclic counts and FIFO/PEPS
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, logistics, purchasing, and retail stores to align with business needs
• Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure adherence to safety and material handling processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree (Bachelor's in Logistics or Administration preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control roles
• Proven experience in distribution to multiple points of sale
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory control tools
• Experience in supervising warehouse staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
• Knowledge of the construction industry
