Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, and train warehouse employees to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support the development of warehouse operations systems, including product handling, storage, and inventory management
• Review and prepare workflow, manning, space requirements, and equipment layouts
• Manage labor planning and hiring needs to meet weekly operational goals
• Analyze daily performance data to identify trends and respond to changing operational needs
• Oversee outbound shipping, returns processing, and new merchandise receiving
• Lead and develop a large team of associates and functional Team Leads

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience leading large teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or G Suite
• Ability to work 100% onsite in South San Francisco
• Strong written and oral communication skills for delivering feedback
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in ecommerce or a tech startup environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
