Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of warehouse operations, including scheduling, product put-away, and inventory management
• Direct and monitor staff work to maximize productivity in the warehouse and shipping departments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product loss control while ensuring timely and accurate receiving
• Oversee SAP transactions to ensure data integrity and support inventory investigation and resolution
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, sanitation, and quality policies, including OSHA and federal guidelines
• Manage employee performance through training, instruction, feedback, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate product rework activities and maintain organized, clean work areas
• Prepare reports for management review and maintain accurate time and shipping records

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of plant experience in a warehouse setting
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted frequently throughout the shift
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications
• Lift truck certification or the ability to obtain certification (Powered Industrial Trucks)
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support 3rd shift operations
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience with SAP
