Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 8 warehouse officers and sub-contractors regarding material inspection, integrity, and quantity verification.
• Coordinate material storage and preservation activities in accordance with vendor, client, and project procedures.
• Monitor incoming and available materials, providing feasibility analysis and relevant reporting.
• Promote safe work practices, environmental protection, and workplace cleanliness.
• Ensure project quality and contractual requirements are met, including the segregation and handling of non-conforming materials.
• Maintain and update company software systems, specifically MAGA, for material management.
• Verify and record Test Certificate Numbers and heat cast numbers.
• Control the handover of materials to subcontractors and construction teams, ensuring all movements are properly recorded.
• Coordinate human and technical resources and prepare leftover material lists at project conclusion.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in warehouse coordination within a construction, engineering, or industrial project environment.
• Proven warehouse management skills and experience with engineering materials handling.
• Proficiency in MAGA software and MS 365 (specifically Excel).
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
