Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials on arrival at site for integrity, conformity, and quantity against technical drawings, Purchase Orders, and Packing Lists
• Segregate non-conforming materials and support the shipment of materials requiring repair
• Coordinate material storage and preservation activities in accordance with vendor, client, and project procedures
• Ensure the use of adequate means for handling materials and manage the handover of materials to subcontractors or construction teams
• Communicate with the Quality Department when materials are ready for inspection
• Monitor incoming and available materials, providing feasibility analysis and relevant reports
• Maintain and update Saipem software systems (e.g., MARIAN, MAGA, FMS)
• Verify and record Test Certificate Numbers and heat cast numbers

Requirements

• Proven experience operating as a Warehouse Supervisor
• Ability to inspect materials against technical drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of material handling and preservation procedures
• Proficiency in using warehouse software systems
