Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical audits
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety and productivity goals
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Track and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify process improvements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office/Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or fulfillment operations
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
